Industry-academia Collaboration/Talent Cultivation Systems
APEC not only focuses on providing aerospace solutions but also devotes to training talents for the aerospace industry. Therefore, APEC has started to cooperate with schools in China since 2018 to provide "High-end manufacturing courses". APEC has offered lectures for students to obtain industrial data and the capabilities to use 5-axis machines but not just do academic research. 5-axis technical talents could be built through this program for the aerospace industry and this "Talent cultivation systems" could assist the industry to upgrade. It is APEC's mission to build the 5-axis talents pool for the industry and the customers.
