• X/Y axes driven by linear motors
X/Y axes are driven by linear motor, linear motors provide no backlash, no wear out, high accuracy, rapid federate and acceleration, simple structure and maintenance-fee for long service life.
• Z axis is drove by precious ball screw
Z axis is drove by precious ball screw, with C3-grade ball screw adopted to ensure high accuracy and repeatability. The design features low noise, space efficiency, lightweight structure, and excellent acceleration and deceleration performance.
• Through-Spindle Coolant
Direct cooling at the cutting point for better efficiency and tool life.
• Crossbeam flushing system
Crossbeam flushing system featuring high-flow pumps and high-pressure nozzles for rapid chip removal.

Oil mist collector with filtration system for a clean machining area.
• The extra large complex coolant tankThe machine is equipped with two high-performance chip conveyors and worktable flushing devices for efficient chip removal. The primary conveyor rapidly removes large volumes of chips, while the secondary drum-filter conveyor prevents residual chips from entering the coolant tank. The large-capacity coolant tank ensures stable coolant supply and improved cooling efficiency.
• Automatic Top RoofThe machine features a high-durability curtain, providing low-noise, smooth, and stable operation while effectively protecting the machining area from dust, water, and oil. The roof cover is pneumatically driven and supports both manual and CNC-controlled automatic opening and closing for precise and reliable operation. Combined with a movable crossbeam design, the fully enclosed protection system allows easy overhead crane loading and large workpiece handling, enhancing operational convenience, safety, and cleanliness.
