• Three-axis center-of-gravity drive design
The driven centers of three axis are all on these gravity centers, which greatly improves the dynamic stability of the structure.

• Compact trunnion rotary table
X/Y/Z axis movement and table rotation operate independently to minimize the influence of 3-axis inertia during machining. Perfect servo driven design gives excellent machining stability.

• Rotating center is higher than table surface

Rotating center of A-axis is 100 mm higher than table surface, that reduces the distance during simultaneous tool movement and table rotation to save cycle time and gives excellent surface finishing in profile machining.

•High rigidity U-frame structure

The saddle and column form a closed structure. High rigidity machine can reduce vibration effectively , increase processing stability and improve machining accuracy.

•Door opening width

The wide-opening door design provides unobstructed access to the machining area, making workpiece loading and unloading, machine setup, inspection, and maintenance more convenient.

• Well chip flow

Central chip flow design. Chips can be carried out immediately while machining. Prevents the casting structure from thermal deformation caused by hot chips.

• Direct Drive Motor

The A/C-axis are driven by direct drive motor. Power is transmitted directly without backlash and provides high-precision machining capabilities.

• Manual open / close top roof sliding cover
The sliding cover opens to allow the workpiece to be loaded directly onto the center of the rotary table, improving machining convenience.
